What Is the Ideal TDS Level for Drinking Water in Hyderabad?

What does TDS mean?
TDS stands for Total Dissolved Solids: dissolved salts, minerals and small amounts of other dissolved substances. Handheld meters estimate concentration through conductivity and show ppm, approximately equivalent to mg/L for dilute water.
TDS is not a complete water-safety score. Two samples can have similar readings but contain very different substances.
