Our team calls to confirm your request and connect you with an independent service professional in your area.
Visit timing depends on technician availability.
Review the quote
The technician checks your purifier and explains the work and any replacement parts required. Approve the final price before service begins.
Ask to see the technician’s photo ID before allowing entry.
Get your RO serviced
Your technician completes the agreed work and checks the purifier. Confirm the service details, charges and applicable warranty with them.
Up to 30 days of warranty may apply to eligible work. Keep your service record.
