Important: MyHomeMitra is a booking and referral platform only. We do not directly employ technicians or perform services ourselves. All actual RO water purifier services are carried out by independent, third-party service professionals ("Service Partners") who are not employees or agents of MyHomeMitra.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://www.myhomemitra.com or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

MyHomeMitra operates solely as an online booking and referral platform. Our role is limited to:

  • Receiving service requests from customers
  • Connecting customers with independent Service Partners in their area
  • Facilitating communication between the customer and the Service Partner

MyHomeMitra does not perform, supervise, or control any RO repair, installation, or maintenance work. The actual service is provided entirely by the independent Service Partner assigned to your request.

3. Service Partner Relationship

Service Partners are independent professionals, not employees, contractors, or agents of MyHomeMitra. MyHomeMitra makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or outcome of work performed by Service Partners.

Any contract for the actual provision of service is formed directly between you (the customer) and the Service Partner. MyHomeMitra is not a party to that contract.

4. Booking and Referral Process

  • Submit a request via our website form or call Toll Free: 18002025040.
  • A service coordinator will contact you within 30 minutes to confirm availability and connect you with a Service Partner.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to Service Partner availability in your area.
  • MyHomeMitra reserves the right to decline a referral request at its sole discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Indicative pricing (e.g., visit charge starting ₹299) is displayed for reference only and may vary based on location, service type, and Service Partner rates.
  • All pricing, payment, and billing are agreed directly between you and the Service Partner at the time of service.
  • MyHomeMitra does not collect payments on behalf of Service Partners and is not responsible for any billing disputes.
  • Spare part costs are determined and charged by the Service Partner based on actual market rates.

6. Warranty and Service Guarantee

Any service warranty (e.g., 30-day warranty on repairs) is provided by and is the sole responsibility of the individual Service Partner. MyHomeMitra does not issue, back, or guarantee any warranty on services performed. Any warranty claims must be raised directly with the Service Partner.

7. AMC Plans

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans displayed on this website are offered and fulfilled by Service Partners. MyHomeMitra facilitates the connection and referral only. Terms of individual AMC plans are agreed between the customer and the Service Partner directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • MyHomeMitra is not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any Service Partner.
  • MyHomeMitra is not liable for any damage to property, personal injury, or financial loss arising from services performed by a Service Partner.
  • MyHomeMitra's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to ₹0 (zero), as MyHomeMitra provides only a referral service at no charge to the customer.
  • MyHomeMitra makes no guarantee that a Service Partner will be available in your area at any given time.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details and service address.
  • Ensure an adult is present at the service location during the appointment.
  • Ask the Service Partner to show a valid government-issued photo ID before allowing access to your home.
  • Agree on pricing and scope of work with the Service Partner before work commences.

10. Cancellation

  • You may cancel a referral request at any time before the Service Partner is dispatched.
  • Cancellation after the Service Partner has been dispatched may incur a visit charge payable directly to the Service Partner.
  • MyHomeMitra does not charge any cancellation fee.

11. Disputes

Any disputes regarding the quality, pricing, or outcome of services must be resolved directly with the Service Partner. MyHomeMitra may, at its sole discretion, facilitate communication between parties but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content created by MyHomeMitra is our intellectual property. Brand names of third-party RO manufacturers referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate service compatibility.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Contact
