The ideal installation location should be within 1–2 metres of your kitchen tap water supply, have a drain access point (typically the kitchen sink drain), and have a power socket within reach. Most kitchen walls are tiled, which requires diamond-tipped drill bits — our technicians carry the appropriate tools.
After installation, the technician will flush the new membrane for 20–30 minutes. This initial flush removes preservatives from the membrane and conditions it for normal use. A TDS test is then performed on the output water to confirm the purifier is working correctly before the technician leaves.

A standard wall-mount installation takes 45–90 minutes. Under-sink or hidden piping installations may take 2–3 hours. The technician also runs the purifier and performs a TDS test before leaving to confirm it is working correctly.
Standard installation includes: wall drilling and bracket mounting; inlet supply tap fitting; drain tubing to sink; storage tank placement; initial power connection; 30-minute flush of the membrane; and a post-installation TDS test. Elbow connectors, push-fit tubes (up to 1 metre), and basic hardware are included. Extra tubing or special fittings are charged at actuals.
