Hyderabad & Secunderabad
Preventive maintenance for all RO brands. Filter inspection, TDS testing, cleaning, and health check. Regular maintenance prevents costly breakdowns and extends purifier life.
A thorough preventive check — not just a filter swap.
Hyderabad's water quality varies significantly by source and area. In areas supplied by HMWSSB (municipal) water, TDS is typically 150–400 ppm — manageable but requiring regular filter cleaning. In areas relying on borewell water — particularly Kompally, Alwal, Quthbullapur, Shamshabad, Adibatla, and outer localities — TDS can range from 600–1,400 ppm. High TDS water accelerates filter clogging and membrane scaling.
Without regular maintenance, a clogged sediment filter restricts water pressure across all stages. The RO membrane then works under strain, reducing its rejection capability and lifespan. A membrane that should last 3 years may fail in 18 months under poor-quality water without preventive maintenance.
Regular maintenance — at minimum every 6 months — catches these issues early. A technician can spot when a sediment filter is 70% clogged (before it causes problems), when the carbon filter has exhausted its chlorine-removal capacity, or when the membrane's rejection ratio has started declining. Early intervention is far cheaper than emergency repair.

RO repair is done when something breaks and the purifier is not working correctly. RO maintenance is preventive — it is done even when the purifier appears to be working fine, to ensure filters are clean, TDS is within range, and small problems are caught before they become expensive repairs. Preventive maintenance typically extends the life of the RO membrane and prevents sudden breakdowns.
At minimum, once every 6 months for filter inspection and TDS check. Full filter replacement every 12 months. Membrane replacement every 2–3 years depending on your water TDS. AMC holders get 2 scheduled maintenance visits per year automatically.
A standard preventive maintenance visit includes: visual inspection of all filters; TDS measurement of inlet and output water; cleaning of filter housings; checking and cleaning the storage tank tap and dispenser; checking water flow rate; checking pressure tank pressure; identifying any signs of membrane degradation; and recommending parts that need replacement. Parts are charged separately.
A service visit for preventive maintenance starts from ₹299 (visit + inspection). If filters need replacement, they are charged separately (sediment filter ₹200–₹400, carbon filter ₹250–₹500, membrane ₹800–₹1,500). An AMC plan at ₹999/year covers 2 service visits and unlimited breakdown calls.
For most households, yes. An AMC plan ensures your purifier gets scheduled maintenance twice a year, and any breakdowns between visits are handled with a free call-back. This is more economical than paying for individual visits, especially if your water TDS is high (common in areas with borewell water, like outer Hyderabad localities).
Preventive maintenance extends your purifier's life and ensures water quality. Book today.
